Project Manager

Michelle is responsible for managing the underwriting process for property re-finances through HUD. She helps build the necessary relationships with Housing Authorities, land owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers and local communities in those areas to make it all happen. She assists with the preparation and submission of applications pertaining to new development projects. She also provides research and assembles documentation necessary to meet deadlines for grant submissions and annual statutory filings. Prior to joining us at The Paces Foundation, she spent two years in Qingdao, China teaching children and adults oral and written English. She can speak an advanced level of conversational Mandarin Chinese and attended Kennesaw State University.
