Autumn Ridge

With North Georgia’s scenic views and lush greenery, Autumn Ridge is currently under renovation. Financial partners include: Berkadia, Synovus, and Advantage Capital. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs provided $16M in tax-exempt multifamily bonds (PAB).

Newly renovated, these one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments have fully-equipped kitchens, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The renovation will allow sustainability of affordable housing for 30 more years in the future.
