The Paces Foundation and Soho Housing Partners joined the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District, residents, and community leaders to celebrate the completion of the nearly $30 million renovation of Cooper Green Homes. U.S. Congresswoman Terri Sewell attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and presented a congressional recognition honoring the impact of the project on Birmingham families and the broader community. The revitalization preserved 227 affordable apartment homes while delivering significant upgrades to residences, community spaces, and amenities that will serve residents for years to come.
