Dr. Iola Jones is a new 64-unit affordable housing community in Florence, South Carolina, replacing the former Oakland Place. The $20.5 million redevelopment will offer one- to four-bedroom apartment homes for families, along with a community building, business center, exercise facility, covered pavilion and playground. All homes will serve residents earning 60% or less of the area median income, with completion projected for January 2028.
