The community building will feature new a new interior and finishes, and all existing playground equipment will be replaced. New additions include a splash pad, gazebo, barbeque grills, and picnic tables.
When renovations are finished in 2027, residents of Cooper Green Homes will be able to live comfortably and affordably in modern, affordable apartments.
