The Paces Foundation joined Gainesville Housing Authority, Gainesville City officials, Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Soho Housing, and other partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Lakeside at Harrison Village, a new 100-apartment affordable senior community in Gainesville, Georgia.
The event marked the start of construction on a four-story development designed for adults 55+ with qualifying limited incomes. Once complete in 2027, Lakeside at Harrison Village will offer modern one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, energy-efficient features, and indoor and outdoor spaces created to support connection, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
Developed in partnership with the Gainesville Housing Authority, Lakeside at Harrison Village reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality affordable housing for seniors in the Gainesville community.
