The affordable housing community has 92 units made up of one and two bedroom apartments and are designated to seniors on limited incomes. Amenities include a pool, community room, hair salon, library, computer room, workout room, a gazebo, a shuffle board, and an area for gardening. It is the second affordable housing community that The Paces Foundation has built in Florida.
