Within our property portfolio, you can find multifamily and single family homes with one, two, three, and four bedroom floor plans. Many carry their own laundry within the unit along with a host of amenities, including outdoor grills, community clubhouses, pools, and playgrounds. Income verification, background, and credit checks are usually part of the application process and vary by property. No one thing is weighted too heavily. In general, we serve people with incomes of $10,000-45,000 and weigh in dependents. Our rents are below market value. There are often waiting lists for our properties.
